40$ Treatments

Mckim Family Chiropractic understands that healthcare costs can become very expensive, but also understand that it doesn't have to.  Recently, we find that more people are paying for health services out of pocket for a number of different reasons.  Such as no chiropractic coverage, no insurance coverage, or simply very high deductibles.

To help, we offer treatment for a flat fee of 40$.  First visits, which include an initial examination, are 50$, with each treatment following the initial treatment being 40$.  That fee includes any and all treatment provided at that visit, meaning there are no hidden or additional charges for additional therapies, etc.

Payment is required at the time of service please.  

PAYMENT POLICY

Services are provided and billed by Mckim Family Chiropractic. Our providers participate in nearly all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are most, but not all, of the health plans which we currently accept.  If your plan is not listed, please phone our office and inquire if your plan is accepted, because it most likely is.

 

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

​You will receive a copy of your explanation of benefits from your insurance company. After your insurance has processed your claim, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account for what you may be responsible for.

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

​We would be happy to explain all the insurance information for you so that you understand everything fully.
